After years of struggling to have nice eyebrows from over plucking I finally booked in for a consultation with Stacey. Hands down the best choice I have made in years. I drove to the Coast today and to say I am happy, is an understatement, I absolutely love my new brows. Stacey is so knowledgeable on her product, she spends over an hour on shaping your brows so that she achieves the perfect shape for you, and you are involved throughout the whole process which I found really comforting. I have been unhappy with my eyebrows for most of my adult life and was unaware of my opinions until now. My biggest concern was it looking unnatural. I am low key and a minimalist with my makeup and can’t wear any to work. So was Facebook stalking Stacey on her journey, looking at before and after photos until I saw one similar to my eyebrows and booked an appointment. Drawing my eyebrows on everyday to achieve that full look after years of over plucking had finally taken its toll.  Seeing my friends have that exact look I wanted after having microblading, I was intrigued. In came Stacey and Phi brows!  From our first to our last consultation Stacey was very informative and answered any questions I had honestly and laid any fears I had to rest. During our microblading session Stacey talked me through every step and checked in to make sure I was ok. I really loved this about the experience – I wanted to know what was going on to prepare myself for what was coming.  She took the time to ensure the golden proportion was right for my face and explained about eyebrows being sisters, not twins like I have always tried to achieve when drawing them on. To me the process was not painful at all, more like a slight cat scratch but slightly satisfying thinking about my new brows at the same time – beauty is pain as they say! When I sat up and looked in the mirror at the final result I couldn’t believe the difference it had made – for the first time in years I had full eyebrows starting and finishing where they should be! Stacey talked me through after care and what to expect during the healing process.  She gave me an aftercare kit to take care of my new eyebrows.  She also checked in on me over the next few days and asked if I had any further questions or concerns as she wanted to make sure I was happy and that I had had the best experience possible.
